Urban Wader is a custom fabrication company that uses high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe and plate fused by butt fusion and heat extrusion techniques, to fabricate custom products for the recreational and marine industries.
Our experience and capabilities focus on custom fabrication and prototype development of products consisting of buoyant materials which are naturally buoyant and virtually unsinkable.
In addition to our custom builds Urban Wader is also a dealer for Highland Floats which we have partnered with for floats in excess of 16’ in length. Highland Floats feature mounting tabs which are fully fusion welded to the float, which then becomes part of the float and creates a strong bond to ensure the tabs will not break off or crack. The end caps are also fully fusion welded into the floats.
